All products are not refundable or exchange only if it is faulty items. Solitude will check all items carefully to make sure it is in good condition before delivery. In case of any faulty caused by our manufacturer, please follow below procedure to exchange for a new product with same style and size.
Items cannot be exchange with below conditions:
Any worn, washed, altered, scented, damaged which not caused by Solitude
- Please send us an email with the photo of faulty items and your Order ID and Product no. within 3 days upon you received your parcel, otherwise, your request will not be accepted.
- Solitude will give you a confirmation by email within 2 working days.
- Please send back the faulty items to our shop with the address given by our email confirmation within 3 working days upon received our return confirmation and mark clearly the Order ID on the parcel
In case out of stock of same items, we will return payment for the faulty items.
*Color discrepancy and size measuring differences will not consider as faulty.
*We do not accept faulty items after washed, worn nor original tags are missing
*Solitude reserves right to change the above policy without any prior notice.

Due to the recent development of COVID-19, oversea shipping time may take longer than usual time. We will provide you a tracking number to trace the shipment status.
If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. Customer need to bear for those additional charges. Please contact your local custom office if you have any questions about applicable duties.
